Welcome to Daymory. By accessing or using this service during the closed beta, you agree to these terms. Daymory is a private event-media service that lets event owners collect photos and videos from guests and create AI-assisted highlights from those memories.
Daymory is currently in closed beta. The service is provided for evaluation and feedback purposes. Features, availability, and outputs may change without notice. There is no guarantee of permanent availability during or after the beta period. Generated outputs are beta-quality previews and may not represent the final product experience.
You may use Daymory only for lawful purposes. By uploading content, you confirm that:
Event owners create and control events on Daymory. As an event owner, you are responsible for:
Guests who upload content via an event link agree that their photos and videos may be used by the event owner to create an AI-assisted event recap, subject to the consent choices they make during the upload flow. Guest names and email addresses are optional and are only used to identify uploads within the private event.
During closed beta, media retention is managed manually by the Daymory team and event owners. Automated deletion workflows are in development. If you wish to request removal of your uploads, contact support@daymory.app with the event link or the email you used when uploading.
Daymory uses your event media to create photo collages, video recaps, and related highlights. AI motion clip generation requires a cloud provider and is currently inactive during closed beta. All local generation (photo collages, video slideshows) uses only the media and metadata you provide. Generated outputs are intended for private personal use and sharing among event participants.
Daymory is currently free during closed beta under a promo campaign. No real payment is processed. If manual payment arrangements apply for specific events, those are handled directly by the Daymory team. No card details are collected on this platform at this time.

This service is provided "as is" during closed beta. Daymory makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. Use at your own risk.
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use of Daymory after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
